Shipping Policy
It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to your order shipping address
Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.
Refund Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may fully be refunded, unfortunately, sale items may only be refunded partially.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order anytime before the order processing has started. After the order processing has started, you may still be able to cancel your order - you should contact the shop manager directly as soon as you can.Â
The return address is set by default to the Printing facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.Â
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items are:

- Some health and personal care items
