You may cancel your order anytime before the order processing has started. After the order processing has started, you may still be able to cancel your order – you should contact the shop manager directly as soon as you can.
Our Return policy lasts for 7 days after the delivery of the product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Within those 7 days, you may return the item for any reason. However, a full refund is issued only if the item you received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
